The Big Ordnance warranty is about taking care of you, our valued customer. From the day you purchase our product to the day that you no longer have the ability to enjoy it, we want you to be fully satisfied with the product you purchased. Our promise to you is this:

We will repair or replace your Big Ordnance brand product in the event it becomes damaged to the point of malfunction or if it is defective, free of charge. If an instance arises where your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.
